Update: the woman was arrested but Finn was not found. Supposedly she gave it to someone who gave it to someone and so on. Please keep an eye out for Finn. He could be anywhere from San Marcos, to Tierrasanta to Chula Vista, Carlsbad and so on.

All I heard was that the woman who took Finn was arrested. I have no idea if Finn was returned. I spoke to the owner herself and that is all I know.
