I’ve flown SAE a handful of times from PGH to Lancaster. I went through the airport as normal. Nothing was different from major airlines except you get onto the tarmac and climb stairs into the plane.
If you’re on an 8-seater plane, expect an awesome view, both of the pilots & cockpit, and out the window. During one of my flights, I was 4 months pregnant and it was an incredibly windy night. I gripped the seat like it was my lifeline. You will feel all the bumps, like someone else mentioned.

I did, and I think it’s fine if you have it on your phone. They’ll check it before you get let out onto the tarmac, and then once you get to the plane they ask for your last name and will tell you which seat you’re assigned to.
If I recall correctly, they seat you by weight on the smaller planes. So don’t be alarmed if the agent at the tarmac door asks for your approximate weight lol
