Intersection of Turnpike, 130, and 33. People from Monmouth/Middlesex are moving to this well-connected hub area (that is still comparatively affordable).

If you are up for both driving a bit to Park & Rides, Hightstown is way more affordable than Princeton, and is right off the Turnpike midway between both cities.

Unfortunately not well served by bus or train.

I kid you not there is a former councilman from Old Bridge (Razzoli) who ran for re-election in 2021, and the #1 campaign platform on his website was securing the border.
