Most of the nazis that survived the actual war weren't punished by the allies so you think they would lock those people up? (In japan they didn't even acknowledged their war crimes to this day and they were under us occupation for 8 years after the war)

A bit too late for that... the us already has a lot of people infected and decided to lift restrictions(covid tests, masks etc.) i don't see how they would start demanding covid tests for flights again only for china . Japan on the other hand still has mask mandates in certain places and other restrictions so it make more sense for their government to do it.
