Yes. That’s how all hacking is done. If it were secured the data couldn’t be accessed.
How you get to the unsecured part depends, of course.

And Schopenhauer invented the word "hegelei" to basically describe incredibly smart sounding bullshit. The word was then used by Nietzsche and others to describe the same thing. Still in use today, though not as much anymore.
I can’t find an English article but here’s the German wiki for it. Maybe readable with a translator.

Yes. African countries are all stupid. That’s why they don’t see how the IMF‘s and WorldBank offerings are great but the Chinese investment offerings are terrible. If only they could see how China will do the exact same thing we’ve been doing for hundreds of years.
