I live in the hillside of New Haven, I don’t trust a soul around here much less with my kids!! Lol but thanks for the idea, I will look into a fb group and see what I find… I like the older kid idea too, and he actually has older cousins that take the bus, I’m gonna talk to them as well. I started the job Monday and so far I’ve been able to work this out myself but after training I’ll definitely need the transportation for him.

I tried that. Basically he has to have some type of disability for them to do that. At least that’s what they said.

You clearly have no kids yourself to know that you can watch them like a hawk and they will still find a way to get hurt all on their own.

I worked for Montessori on Edgewood last year. DO NOT put your kids here. I only met one teacher (I was her co teacher) who was nice. But everyone else seemed like they didn’t wanna be there. If one of the kids had an accident they would get so annoyed, one of the teachers loved to yell at the kids, she was so scary the kids mostly just sat there quietly. I ended up leaving and ever since that I refuse to put my child in a daycare setting. One time the main teacher was sick, they left me in a classroom with at least 10 kids all by myself, the ratio was way off. I’d keep looking for a better daycare center.
