Ah the half sugar diet. That’s an accurate reflection of processed foods.

Police are only required to tell the truth in court and affidavits. During the course of an encounter or investigation, they are free to lie. Lying to known criminals is one thing, but they also lie to people they know are not, which seems like an opportunity for reform.

It’s abusive: time is on their side but not the citizen’s.

The land is over-represented in every other respect: state legislatures, congressional seats, senate seats for low pop states.
That land has a megaphone in our government.

They could also have used a series of cases to gradually weaken Roe with better reasoning. People would not have reacted so strongly. GOP created an unaccountable monster that got away from them. They love that mistake apparently.

As in many states, the popular vote represents urban areas.
See 2018 by township. The blue is mostly urban and city suburb.

How can they yield, though? If they bend on scripture, the foundation of their rule collapses.
This is why you cannot run a modern nation on an ancient text.

Oh okay, so what begins as willful coping becomes new rote behavior because the circuitry actually does change?

How do we know it isn’t just coping? Learning strategies to work around weaknesses? Everyone does it as they mature.

“One likely explanation” is not an actual likelihood; that’s someone saying it’s likely.
Odds are still far greater that it was software error.
Edit: This is the source of the 'likelihood' quote. It says the code in the Belgian election system was so bad there was no point in trying to improve or reuse it. The review of the code process is not at all clear, and these were 486 machines in use in 2003. Cosmic ray is a massive stretch.

Surgical deliveries are being shown to alter the development of the microbiome and may well be the explanation for the rise of autoimmune dysfunction, allergies, and food sensitivities.
