On the bus I usually am allowed to pay for ppl who don't have fares cuz my money is in the travel wallet and 2 different drivers said I could spend how I want. First time I had been on bus for over 20 min before the guy with no money got on. Then second time driver let guy stay I didn't swipe but first time yes I paid from my wallet funds
