See if your library, or one nearby, has programming for New Adults (18-30 years old). It's a new but growing programming segment. Ours has trivia nights, book clubs, art events, gaming hangouts and other things are in development for your age group. If they don't have it ask them to consider it. St Claire's in Denville used to have a gift barn as a part of their thrift shop that was mostly books. Worth a google if nobody else responds with more info. It's close to Rockaway.

Clarins in Orangeburg NY has a yearly Warehouse Sale that is the real thing. It's cosmetics, not clothes though.
