which hmart do you go to? the ones in queens are well priced. what items do you think over-priced? the only things that I think higher priced that regular supermarkets is the beef and pork which are all much higher quality so its going to be more pricey.

i saw some tourists (family of like 10) on the 2 train and they kept looking at each stop and talking to themselves as if they were trying to figure where to go. eventually i took off my headphones and was like.."ummm, do you guys need help with directions". turns out they were wanting to uptown to times square and they were going in the wrong direction. luckily, the next stop was atlantic ave and they could switch trains there without paying again. they were worried that they had to get out and pay again to back in the correct direction.

i used it for the first time a couple of weeks ago to only see the message that it will be disconnected at the end of january 2023 b/c of lack of use. I can see why its not popular. everyone has decent mobile plan and the speeds might not be the best on the bus. glad they are getting rid of it since it was not popular.

and if the floors were already fully built out but with no one working from them, the landlord could much easier find a new tenant that wants a fully built out work space. would save the new company alot of money in buildout costs.

they still have the entire top floor of the Moynihan Train Hall.
