Article makes it sound like they can't film at a lot of locations but can still maintain their domestic journalistic standards...so I'd imagine they'll just do pieces on the human rights side with talking heads instead (as opposed to say Brazil 2014 where they were showing footage of protests and out on the streets interviewing etc)
