I give dealership finance one chance to be above-board and get me a good rate. If they don't, I just go to my local bank/credit union/online service. Last time I got a loan through lightstream and had the money in the bank within 24 hours. You should be able to get around 6% with a credit score of 750+.

Do NOT get a co-signer and don't worry about credit dings.

Get these and use them on chest of drawers, bookshelves, etc. as well: https://www.amazon.com/Furniture-Proofing-Adjustable-Earthquake-Resistant/dp/B07R8HY6HR

I have these and I remember when my daughter was around 2 she had pulled all of the drawers open out of the dresser to make stairs and had climbed onto the top of it. The dresser had tipped forwards and was resting on these straps.

They work.

So the main reason it's not done normally is that the poly over paint process can take more than a week if not up to a month. Especially if you use acrylic or enamel cabinet paint. That takes weeks to fully dry and stop off-gassing. Typically poly is used over bare wood, not painted wood.

Are you sure about this 8 gauge requirement? I have a Grizzl-E EVSE and it can handle 6 gauge just fine since it can deal with a 50 amp circuit and power at 40 amps.
