Accusing each others on its intentions without clues becomes an habit that should be prohibited in politics. It is useless and envenom relations already enough tense. Could all those leaders behave like adults i/o behave like childs in a kindergarten Please stick to facts !

It takes time before sanctions work Whatever Russia does to get around sanctions, Russia has a price to pay Opportunistic new 'allies' will take advantage of their new dominant position to get low prices or something in return making Russia weaker They know (maybe not the lambda citizen in Africa or South America or China but the men who have the power know it very well) and has nothing more to offer, all its ressources drained by the war Build new partnership needs that the partner trusts you, everybody (except the lambda citizen in Africa or South America or China, India,...) who have the power knows very well that Russia is lying more and more everyday, no trust can exist Russia has few to offer, all its ressources drained by the war
Putin believe that partnership can be gained by fear, but it doesn't work so much
- because the entire world knows that Russia has failed in Ukraine and is busy to ruin itself
- the only way left to Russia to frighten enough to force some countries to play in its game is nuclear threat but if you destroyed your allies and yourself in the big Bangkok you gain nothing

History should learn us that push an ennemy on his kneese is not as good as it seems What happened after WW1 pushed rhe Germans in the arms of Hitler because they had no hope and nothing to lose anymore Of course it is possible with little countries such as Palestine f.i. but not with counties like Russia or Germany The only way after Ukrainian victory il to educate people and take examples on what was done with Japan and Germany after WW2

Viewed from Western Europe, the reputation of the republicans has been ruined because of Trump. And we dont understand why so many republicans feel compelled to try to be like him i/o to stay "reasonable". We believe that democrats share values with which we can adherate.
