I think it's something like:

• Yves appears at Gedeon's school

• Gedeon saw his parent and Yves fight, and thinks it's actually important that Yves is stopped

• Gedeon shoots Yves

• the laser fries the rest of the classroom

• Gedeon is happy about this suddenly, because edge is so cool, man~
