I love it. For me, it means that people got your back and you do the same for them. There are fuck ups, and I like a lot when instead of putting the blame on one person, a lot of people step up and take responsibility as well (it is rarely a fuck up of a single person anyway). Plus, having fun. It's important, and feels great to laugh like crazy with your work buddies.
