Semi-complicated. Multiple sources of income, kids, etc. It's also a time on task issue.

Even if you aren't that religious, church is a great place to meet people. Look for a church that affirms what you affirm. Baltimore has hundreds of churches, it's a great way to not only meet people your age but can help you foster intergenerational friendships.

Call them and get it today. On our block, six houses have had to replace their line this year. They were all built in 1927. It's only a matter of time that the rest of the houses need it.
