Lunar dust is sharp enough to damage rubber in a relatively short period of time? Weaponize that shit, maybe it will kill bedbugs

Reply to Peter Skene Ogden, one of the most important and turbulent personalities in the North American Fur Trade. by creemetismami
Sounds like an absolute lunatic who used his daddy’s name and wealth as leverage where his brutality didnt work well enough, then eventually saw enough success that age softened or wisened him and he learned the value of good reputation. Guys like him could do well when the natives were disregarded and their lands were still considered ripe for the taking. When “civilization” ended at white cities.

Consumers are famously good at understanding what materials their products are made of. Best thing to do for future needs is keep a rag nearby just for the stove. Every time you use the stovetop, spray the rag with your everyday kitchen cleaner, wipe it down. Throw rag out, put clean rag out. Takes like 15 seconds including the walk to wherever you put dirty towels to wash. For flat top ranges this almost 100% eliminates any effort. For other stoves it is still a huge time saver. I never even considered it could prevent something like this

They named the minerals after the region in Somalia, so there’s props. But what is crazy to me is that both minerals were “discovered” when they were synthesized in a french lab 40 years ago. I guess they cant call them “minerals” if they aren’t naturally occurring so the spectacular part of this story is how they found what were previously only known as 2 completely random, man made compounds that have existed for eons in this meteor!

Yeah, if you find an ancient meteor named “Nightfall”, you leave it right the fuck where you find it and go hug your family
