Reply to Are there any books that you actually would want to see figuratively or literally burned? by [deleted]
When American Psycho first came out I borrowed it from my local library. I seriously thought it should come with a warning label or be a restricted loan to adults only. But burn it? Nah.

It sounds to me like a good topic to bring up at your next session. You can say they both looked super uncomfortable and see if the therapist acknowledges it and/or if your therapist says it was all in your head. Should be some interesting stuff underneath!

TIL liberal has different definitions depending on your home continent. In the U.S. its the conservatives who want(ed) to hang or otherwise punish government leaders for enforcing anti-pandemic measures.

Yes, I live in a room where space is limited, a half tree to hang on the wall (or the back of the door) sounds pretty good!

I think it was the now defunct Spy Magazine that had a monthly feature called "Logrolling in Our Time" which would post book blurbs by authors who praised each other's works.

The only movie I remember seeing her in she played an exaggerated evil character like a female Fu Manchu. However, the fact it was played by an Asian woman as opposed to a white actor is probably significant.
