Mine feel slightly tighter after I wash them, but always loosen up on the first wear. I also just get a washcloth and wipe them down instead of washing them too much

I do when I can! As an idea- I can’t wear any high top converse without my pinkie toes going numb and my feet normally spill over any flip flops at least a little. Gladiators are tough too

Haha that’s a much better way to look at it! Buying shoes secondhand feels like it’s probably gross to most people, I know my mom judges me haha

And you know they will

I wish I could say, I only bought the bigger size. I also bought them used (don’t judge) so I may have never had issues because someone else broke them in for me

Ugh my gosh, Vibrams. I kept my pair outside. That’s bonkers though, hand sanitizer! I wonder if rubbing alcohol would work the same, you can use it as deodorant in a pinch

That’s a fantastic tip, mine will start going someday! I do agree on the support. I love the way they look and feel, but they have about as much arch support as Vans and Toms

If I persuade anyone to get a pair, you should know that the sizing runs 1 size small, so size up. Also, they will make your feet smell terrible even if you don’t have smelly feet. I suggest buying ballet socks!

Edit- You definitely need an entire size up
