I think redemption is always possible. But what would it take for this sack of shit? Well I would say - after he's served time for his crimes for which he would make a full confession of (including the ones the english cops failed to prosecute him on) he should spend the rest of his life out of the spotlight quietly helping and fundraising and donating to women's charities without drawing any attention to himself.
