Appreciate it, this was my first time doing it myself, but we’ve done them for the last 7 years in my family. Always juicier than any oven turkey I’ve had.

I have a bias because I brought the smoked one and I think it was way better. But smoked was generally more liked amongst the 15 people at dinner.
