Why all the hate for inspectors?
If you hire a person or do it yourself, as long as it's done properly with the proper paperwork, there will be no issues.

All pizza sucks in Arlington (yeah I said it)
Don't join any local Facebook groups. It's nothing but people complaining over silly things and think that every developer on the planet is personally coming to take there houses and build apartments.
Traffic is and will be absolutely miserable

Or you can half ass it, get into a huge argument about it, and deal with assholes from there.
