It's really a shame. It's the reason i don't buy games at launch anymore. I wait until they fix all the major issues first.

If it was up to Naughty Dog, i think they would have, or even made it themselves, but i think they have little to no say in this matter. I think Sony is the one calling the shots in this.

It shouldn't have been a surprise to anyone. They are the guys that did the Arkham Knight port, one of the worst PC ports of all time.

CS GO doesn't have a frame cap, as far as i know, so as long as your gpu and cpu can take it, they should increase FPS.

If you're having this issue in every game you play, then it's most certainly a GPU driver issue or it's a defect GPU.

So if even playing CSGO your GPU usage stays at 50%, then it's more likely a driver issue. Try reinstalling the NVIDIA drivers.
