There are more than two races in America, it is odd and suspicious when graphs deliberately exclude Asians and Hispanics.
(Not including Native American and Pacific Islanders sometimes makes sense because of small sample sizes)

The Brexit Party decided not to contest Conservative seats because of FPTP, they were polling 10%-15% before that tactical decision and so the political situation would be very different with the German electoral system.

This is really bad data display designed to mislead.
Talking about federal drug prisoners when they only make up a small percentage of total prisoners is the most obvious attempt to mislead. But overall it tries to avoid pointing out that 70% of prisoners are in for violent or sexual crimes.
