While Israel has done very little to combat global warming and adopt new green techs in a commercial way (despite Israel being a leader in green tech R&D), the country is so small that it has completely negligible impact on it. A single city in the US has about the same impact as the whole country. So while criticism is in order, it's rather meaningless at the end of the day.
Less than half voted in favor it seems, that's despite the ~56 Muslim countries automatic vote against Israel. The anti-Israel trend in the UN is decreasing.
I don't think you know what the IRGC is. When you say "the people" I assume you mean those of Iran, but the IRGC is an international body. They oversee their proxies in the ME, like Hezbollah, and are responsible for the Shia militias in Iraq and Syria as well. They have a strong presence in Syria (which Israel is bombing), including creating and launching drones. Their main business is exporting terrorism, so the designation is not only apt, it's only decades late.
Exactly the opposite. The Russian that left to Israel are the ones that hate Russia. There is overwhelming opposition to Putin's action amongst Russians in Israel and Israelis in general.
