Small Miracles is urgently looking for fosters right now for puppies. More info on their Facebook page if anyone is interested. OP, fostering a puppy would be a good way to find any present health issues.

Have you considered Laurel? A little closer to DC and MoCo, and is on the metro line but still not too far from Bmore. My boyfriend currently commutes from Ellicott City to Herndon and the commute is soul sucking.

They are new compostable cups. I don't know if they're just testing them out right now. The ones I got had a sticker on them explaining they were switching to them as they're more environmentally friendly. But after like 2 weeks, my Dunkin went back to the plastic ones so 🤷🏽♀️

Sorry, I don't know their specific requirements, but I don't think puppies are able to be alone 8.5 hours anyway. My understanding is their bladders demand they go out every couple hours.
