Yup. They did this once for me with a $2500 iMac. Having screen issued so they tried to repair. Started acting up again and called Apple support. They apologized and said “we’re just going to send you a brand new one”. Two days later it was on my doorstep. New one was perfect and lasted over a decade.

Edit: Sorry. Misread your question. You said if they break it. Either way, Apple takes care of their customers.
