Is he? Are you an expert? If you really think about it, can you really not come up with just one reson to visualise data this way? If everything is rules by those best practices, why do we need experts to think about it? A high school junior could do your job then.

Sennheiser momentum. The old one with a cord. That thing took me long to save up for and lasted for around ten years. During this time I had to change the pads twice: the originals lasted for around 6 years, the first and second replacement each for around a year. The thing came with two sets of cords that were easy to change if broken, and I threw it only after the second pair of after market pads broke, the second cable started having issues and it generally looked a bit dirty. The sound quality changed over time, it lost a bit of its brightness in sound.
All in all, it costed me less than buying cheap or low mid-range headsets every year. God that was some good quality.

Depends on what you want to see/show. Go on with gatekeeping though, it’s fun!

I think everything you listed is personal preference, and I see good reasons for both of the decisions OP has made. Telling a story is such a buzzword here, it is starting to lose its meaning on this sub.

Why? If you focus on sudden changes in trends, you clearly see something interesting here.

It’s ok. People are often afraid when they see something new.
