I once had the “No Service” bug on an iPhone 7 and had to have the logic board replaced for free under warranty. It also had a faulty charging port that moved around and a battery at 91% health. Apple sent it out for repair and it came back with a new screen, new logic board, new battery, and new charging port. All for free. Got a similar invoice to what you got.
