I love well water, but the incidence of cavities for kids on well water is so much higher. Water fluoridation is one of the great public health successes.
Plus replacing a well pump sucks.

Fun Fact about Kelley Stand: it's a class two town road (Sunderland) all the way to Stratton, and while it's not maintained in the winter, it is always open. The Forest Service regularly tries to hand out tickets there, but you can tell them to go fuck themselves if they do.

Bromley is one of the friendliest ski areas in the world, and there's the conveyor belt for the bunny slope so you don't even have to worry about figuring out a rope tow or something.

For those saying it's a wilderness area, almost all of Kelly Stand Road is permitted for tree harvesting, all the way up to Grout Pond.
