Is it just me or do people drive extra aggressively around Owings Mills? Admittedly, most of my experience is with folks on 795, but some of them getting off on the Owings Mills exits seem to drive like kamikazes.

If you're talking about ballot initiatives specifically for Baltimore you have to remember that a lot of members of this group aren't residents of the city and wouldn't be eligible to vote on city ballot initiatives.
