I was always scared to drive on the highway but eventually had to force myself Because my job was in a different county . My best advice to you is get your drivers license first and once you have a car you can drive around in go on 202 ,95 or any highway nearby after 9pm and just stay in the slow lane. It took me about a few days to get comfortable with merging etc but doing it for a few days without much traffic is easy and safe. Don’t over think it and just stay calm . If you’re that nervous keep your hazard lights on an people will go around you .
