Blackview BV9900/9800. It's an armoured phone that runs on Android, made for industrial & outdoorsy environments. If you get the phone case/screen protector too it'll basically be indestructible. I've had mine for >5years, dropped it on the ground numerous times, hard tarmac, concrete, stood on it. Still going strong and the screen is unaffected. The downside is the weight, most of it is a massive battery that lasts about 2 weeks. The camera isn't great, dropping it on your foot hurts, but if you're a big bloke not an instagram model it shouldn't matter.

The moon is tidally locked so it always faces the earth, but the earth doesn't always face the moon. It rotates unequally to how the moon orbits. There is also drift between the number of orbits and the ultimate position the moon ends up in a year. One month is roughly equal to a lunar month, but not exactly.

Heat retained from the formation of the earth, and compressive forces.
Insulation from the thick layers above.
Tidal heating - Continual squeezing and squashing of earths core by the moon orbiting around the earth. Though note that this doesn't occur with moons that are tidally locked.
Having a relatively warm surface from heating by the sun and thick atmosphere, though this is of lesser effect than say Venus. By having a warmer surface, the temperature differential is lessened, so less thermal energy moves across the gradient.

Homedics
I use it for filtering the air in my bedroom as I have asthma that disturbs my sleep. Priority is getting one that actually filters and isn't just a glorified fan. Homedics are medically certified, they use them for hospitals. You can literally feel the difference on your skin as you enter the room where it's been running.

Head to r/datahoarder, they are the nerds that know this stuff and are paranoid about losing data. Lots of drive life expectancy information. They also have a list of recommended equipment. Pretty sure Seagate is "avoid at all costs!".

Satiety and hunger are controlled by hormonal circuits. If something interferes with the ability to release those hormones, or the bodies ability to respond to those hormones, then they will be impacted. See circuits for Ghrelin, Leptin. For example if an autoimmune disease targets cells holding ghrelin receptors in the hypothalamus then you might get anorexia (as well as brain damage).
A major thing that goes on during viral infections is the bodies release of interferon, which has the side effect of reducing hunger. https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/?term=interferon+hunger&filter=pubt.review
