There is also a fax number that your doctor’s office can fax any supporting documents to. I needed to do this for my case. Good luck! Once the documents are submitted, the processing time was surprisingly quick.

Since you don’t much time, why bother driving so much. I’d take a trip to Whidbey, spend some time at Deception Pass State Park. Check out the bridge and go to the beach there instead. And stop in Coupeville or Langley for a quality lunch!

I had simply forgotten to write down my plate number on the pass when I renewed it and the nice park ranger wrote it down on the pass when I handed her the pass at Deception Pass.
