The homes aren’t worth that price and I’m not going to participate. I’ll sit and wait. If I’m paying 600k, I want move-in ready, 5 bedroom house. Not a 2 bed, 1 bath with wood paneling walls, a dryer from the 80s, pink bathrooms and checkered linoleum in the kitchen. 😝

Hang in there!!!! Eventually…it will get better. My intention was to look at 3 open houses yesterday, all 2-3 bedrooms. Long ass lines outside the house when I pulled up. I thought to myself “nope, I ain’t fighting for a home.” And drove away…. Don’t lose hope!!

I’ve got 6 reusable plus 3 insulated reusable bags. Honestly, I don’t mind it now. Grabbing reusable bags before I leave or placing them in my car right after bringing the groceries in, is a habit now. I do miss using the plastic bags for my little garbage cans but I’ll live.

I was hit on 80 in Paterson, driver fled the scene. I was dead stopped and on the phone with 911, was told to move my car to the safe area. 🤦🏻‍♀️ I have geico and they wanted a police report. I waited 4 weeks for a police report and geico contacted me every few days following up for one.
