I got it when I was in college, $11000 CAD for a 10K miles 3.2L. I drove the hell out of that car and the engine timing chain finally died at around 20K miles. I got a new engine from a junk yard, swapped it in and it's still running today in my family with 25k miles. Transmission is gonna go soon though, at that point we might kiss it goodbye.
It's a special car for me. For about 6 weeks when I was switching residence in my university days, I lived in that car out of a parking lot beside the gym. Literally spent most of my days in the library, stored my stuff in the car and school locker, and slept in the trunk with back seat down for 6 weeks.

I only feel natural watching tv while lying down, or at least sitting at a 45° angle, because as a kid our TV is hanged high between the wall and the ceiling and we would lie down on the couch to watch it.
Now I know why we have the TV in such an awkward position. I think my parents are geniuses
