I miss the old days. I liked dealing with the in person scalpers. I had a guy I could trust that could always get me good seats at reasonable prices.

Now his business is all but dried up and he barely comes anymore. The apps are a lot more expensive....:(

It probably won't be as big a deal as you fears. The new landlord just wants to earn a profit off of renting to tenants just like the old. A leased unit is more valuable to landlords than an empty one
