Lose what? Is existence a zero-sum game? What are you doing in futurology if you don’t care about the future of all people? Will AI make life better for the migrant workers? For the African Diamond mine indentured servants? For the Average plumber?

We’ll always need people to fix toilets, unclog shit pipes, pick fruit for pennys, wipe the asses of the old and infirm. AI gets all the writing and music and art though.
