Reply to SO EXCITED about the upcoming March premieres: Yellowjackets, Top Chef World All-stars, You season 4 pt 2, and HBO's Perry Mason revival, season 2. What are you excited about? by Pleasant_Choice_6130
Mando, Ted Lasso, Shadow and Bone, Sanditon, Survivor, Doogie Kalikimeha, and I am intrigued by, but not too hopeful for True Lies.

I never liked the Pina Colada song about a couple trying to cheat on each other. Then Gunn put it in Guardians, my favorite Marvel movie, and I associate it with Star-Lord cruising through space. I appreciate the music more than the message. That’s true for a lot of tracks on both movies, plus some songs like Lakeshore Drive, I had never even heard before.
Supernatural did the same thing for eighties rock music for me. I was aware of ACDC and so on, but I never bothered to listen to that ‘screaming’ as my mom calls it.

Reply to How are you liking Season 3 of The Mandalorian so far? by esran7
They either need to go much heavier on Grogu as an independent person from Mando with his own tAsks and needs, or drop him altogether. He doesn’t need to talk, but develop his personality and skills beyond just being cute. The bit where he rescued Din was great. Lets have more of that.
I’ve never been that interested in the Mandalorian civilization, but I wish they would give Din some sort of conflict or real stake in it. It feels like he is just hanging out helping his buddies instead of driving the action.
I do like the action and the imperial subplot, though I hated what they did the new republic in general. I guess I am just resigned.
