We pay for surveillance against ourselves all the time. A system that makes cars slow down sounds great.

Reply to CHA vs. Mount Auburn for Delivery by Forsaken_Painter
My wife delivered our first at the birth center (part of CHA, across the street) and loved it. For our second, the birth center was closed because of COVID, so she delivered at CHA with the same midwives from the birth center. She loved the midwives both times, but definitely preferred the home-y feel of the birth center compared to the hospital building. But we had no problems other than that from CHA. We'd recommend it, but also have no experienced with Mt. Auburn.

Reply to Tool libraries? Does anyone know of any tool libraries in the greater Boston area? (I’m currently looking to borrow a pneumatic floor nailer and would like to avoid renting from a big box store if possible. Though I often get up to projects so I’d love to hear the resources we have!) by aadigiacomo
There’s a Facebook group in Roslindale where people share tools and kitchen stuff. Other neighborhoods or towns might have similar things.
