The risk might be worth the reward to some. I think that the products are confiscated but no jail/prison is in place for this. Weed flower and products are so cheap these days, these stores prolly make more than what they will lose in a raid.

Ex real estate agent here. When you find an Apartment you like, make sure you google the address if it’s there. It might not be exclusive to that broker which means you might be able to find it w.o a broker fee ( look for the management company and see if they offer no fee apartments). However if it is exclusive to that broker, you most likely will not be able to avoid the broker fee. 😢
