Here you go: https://www.greenecountymo.gov/files/file.php?id=1571

On pages 25, 26, and 27 it has the formula for how many animals you can have on your land. Basically on page 27 it says if you have less than 2.9 acres, you can't have anything that's defined as livestock (what specific animals are considered livestock are listed on page 26 and includes chickens).

I'll see if I can find it. The only reason I know about it is because a coworker that lives in Greene county was cited and had to get rid of his chickens. This was in October, so I don't believe it has changed.

I live in Christian county myself, but I'll see what I can find and ask my coworker if he still has the citation because it referred to specific laws.

I'm not saying they shouldn't, just that they should get the criticism when they call it off and the next morning the roads are clear vs blaming the road crews when they can't clear them fast enough.

That wasn't the case last week though when it snowed and schools called off before the first snowflake even fell. I think OP's point stands, but I think it's more on the schools than those plowing the roads. Schools are very quick to call off now, even at the rumor of snow. I think it's more because they're at the risk of someone getting hurt on the way to school and blaming them. Schools are scared to be criticized, or maybe even sued.

They're no worse than the posts about hearing sirens, where the poor guy with the overloaded car is, what's the best cashew chicken in town, or how bad Johnny Morris and Mexican Villa is. If you don't like the post, don't click on it and read it.

Their mistake does not justify them blocking crosswalks and doing illegal turns. If you've made a mistake don't break right-of-way and the flow of traffic and expect everyone around you to adjust. If he made a mistake by going straight when he intended to turn right he should have gone straight and found someplace safe to turn around.
