Thanks, yeah. I read about the Iranian missiles beforehand on Telegram and he talked too about an exo-atmospheric ballistic missile (emm, ballistic missile means it's exo-atmospheric....no?) That they still didn't show but claim to have. So I was talking about Arrow 3 because of it.

Though I'm pretty sure arrow 2 could be used against paveh, no? 1650 KMs shouldn't be considered a long-range missile?

The iron done isn't meant for missiles like this, and trying to use the Iron Dome against Paveh will be most probably, if not definitely, useless.

Israel has other systems against this kind of missiles, like Arrow 2 and 3. But I'm pretty sure there's no official known number of this missiles, especially since Israel hasn't used them (thankfully) in real combat, yet. So technically, it is a possibility that Iran will have more missiles here than Israel.

The best defence is offence - so I'm pretty sure Israel would prefer just bombing the shit out of all their known bases, as simultaneously as possible, to prevent any missile from launching into Israel.

Edit: I do think that the EU really has a reason to support Israel in neutralizing Iran.

Iran and Syria, can easily shoot this missile into eastern Europe. Just looking on Google earth shows it can reach most of Ukraine, and all of Turkey, Bulgaria, Romania and all the countries that reside in their area.

In a few short years, they can get it even further, and deeper into Europe...and guess who lately basically began a war on Iran, adding it into their terrorists list?

If you wanna hear a bit about the Israeli one, his family's sorrow didn't stop at his death.

His name is Ilan Ramon, and he was a pilot in the IAF before becoming an astronaut. He left behind his wife with 4 kids.

His eldest, Asaf, became a pilot just like him. In his last few months training to become a pilot, he flew an A-4 Skyhawk which had a problem and thankfully he ejected and survived, called it a miracle.

A few months later, while training for a mission, he probably had a black-out and died while crashing his F16, 6 years after his father died.

His close family lost two members in just a few shorts years, both from aerial accidents...

It's basically the same here...

A friend of mine asked why I argue at length on the internet, since people usually don't change their opinions by arguing - it's a dead end.

I told him that while I do hope it will drop some sense into the other person, it's actually not really for him but much more for the third-party, that watches and reads.

First of all - it's not all male.

Secondly - but it is sometimes necessary. For example, right here - the Jews were persecuted for thousands of years. Having a safe haven will only help, because if Israel would have existed just a few years beforehand - it wouldn't have been 6 million dead. Hitler asked around who wanted to have some Jewish refugees, yet no one said yes...just proves that the Jews do need a Jewish state.

Thirdly - like, you do understand that this is exactly what the majority wanted - right? It's not like he he promised he won't do that - they all went into the elections with this coalition in mind. Bibi a bit less because he has a habit of taking one or two left parties into his coalition, but the general public? They knew that this coalition would form and is exactly what the majority of Israel wanted.

So I don't get it how it's caring about himself and not about what Israel wants.
