No difference as of yet. but going to the city council meetings, there is growing support across the city… it’s a legit problem. I can elaborate on what I know, and how to get involved, and I actually need to check up on some info councilman Solomon’s office was supposed to get us about the Newport area.

He had a meeting in person with residents of parkside east and west, only myself and my neighbor showed up, but he was responsive. Not sure how much good it will do, but I’m happy to chat more with you if you want

if you make the dog a little more barky, so that you hide it a little, it would be a perfect piece to put some place like a bathroom - directly across from the toilet - and make sure there's a mirror opposite (all scenarios) - so that someone might not see it right away, but when they see it they see it.

I live newport area...I would love to see pics, but more importantly love to do a meet and greet with doggo. Both me and my spouse work from home... he needs someone to drag him outside.

I grew up with dogs, and this is the first time in my adult life that I am actually able to potentially adopt a dog. If this doesn't work out, can you point me in the right direction of local agencies?
