Saw 3 cops on my 10 minute drive to work this morning, all on 195. Then I saw 2 non-medical helicopters flying around. Is something going on today?

Just did this this weekend with our 3 year old. Absolutely train it. We did train to Union Station and then took the metro to the Smithsonian stop. So we had a short but scenic walk. If you can go on a weekday, it'd probably be even better. Also the little refreshment kiosk has way better food/drink prices than the food trucks. Maybe bring a picnic blanket/towel to sit on while you eat because there are not many seats at all.

I do think technically peak bloom was this weekend but I'm sure it still looks nice!
