My last car was a ford explorer and the amount of recalls on it were really staggering compared to any other car I’d owned before or since. I really loved driving that thing but the amount of problems it had, and the brand continues to have, will probably prevent me from ever driving a cord again.

Pretty easy to redistribute wealth when one entity is making the decisions. Our representative government that allows politicians to be bought by lobbyists is what makes it hard. Cut out the lobbyists for better distribution.
