Right now you can get 5.08% of a 6-month Treasury bill, and there is no state income tax on that. That's what I would recommend.

In 1971, the principal of my high school rode to work on his motorcycle. There was nobody to stop him.....well, maybe the Board of Ed. It was a red Honda 350.

If you really know what is going to happen in the future, then you can just trade oil futures and get rich.
But the truth is, no one knows whether oil prices will go up or down over the next 9 months. That's why there is an investor on each side of all the options.
