The city is called Chaochow.
It used to be a very interesting city until a mass exodus of talent and culture in the 1950s.
Most the population now are immigrants from other parts of China and the culture of Chaochow is almost extinct.

Would love to see it happen.
But most farms don't even have access to phone signal or Internet. It may take a few decades for it to enter the fields.

Or follow the Asian approach and let rail companies profit from rent and advertisements at stations which they own.
Most of Asia's biggest rail companies only make a small fraction of their revenue through actual ticket sales.
