Don't see anything all that "scary" about this movie, but it was certainly gory. Toward the climax when there was still no chainsaw, I was thinking "Man, I hope they don't make the girl the last survivor as a Paul Feige twist" and of course they did. And some of the main girl's dialogue was ripped straight from The Exorcist, which was a bit annoying. Pretty dec flick, but you can't mess with the off-the-wall effects and creativity of the original.

Fantastic film! My Tony Scott top three is 1. Top Gun, 2a. Enemy of the State, and 2b. Crimson Tide. Two titans of the acting profession just going head to head. That speech the Captain gives to the crew for heading out was just pure goosebumps. This movie wouldn't play nearly as well today, because back in the 90's it was okay to love America, but it's still a classic. People love Das Boot and The Hunt for Red October, but Crimson Tide will always be my favorite.

Probably has to be Triangle of Sadness, as much as I enjoyed Top Gun. I snuck some booze into the theater which I haven't done since like...The Island, so it was extra fun. Jaws was also an incredible experience on IMAX.

EDIT: Man how could I forgot the re-release of Avatar in IMAX 3D? Gotta put that at #1. Mind-blowing.
