Refresh rate is not the only thing for smoothness. All androids are janky outside the OS like twitter. Insta. Any app really. The scrolling is always a little more janky. Animations are another factor. All these are smoother on iOS. So when you do animations and scrolling for basically 99% of your time in a phone. You notice it. At least. I know I do. Every time I go back to an iPhones after some days using android it feels like you’re going from 60hz to 120hz

Ya these iTunes errors are such A PAIN. I’ve had one that wouldn’t go away. For new devices.

I even had an error occur during an update now that makes the phone unusable unless you restore. But of course the error happened on restore too. So it was just locked in the plug in mode grrrrr

If you do this it will work Change cables. It’s probably the connection between usb and computer. Might not seem like it but likely the case

Update iTunes to its newest software version

If nothing works. You have to use another laptop or computer.

If still nothing works. Just go into apple they will do it

Ya I got one now instead of the 14 because the 13 pro max is the true goat it’s the device everyone talks about even today. Battery is truly insane. I’ve been using it so much and haven’t charged it yet going on the second day basically. Crazy iPhone 14 max is close but not as long lasting as the 13 pro max

Ya at least you got it worked out. But a close call. Sometimes the idiots deliver it to a wrong address and the person accepts it knowing it’s not even his name. But this doesn’t make sense with a phone. Because the phone needs to be signed. They can’t just drop it off anywhere. It has to be verified by the name and stuff. The phone companies ship it with those conditions. So it’s just bad delivery people.

But ya next time just request it to be sent to the nearest store. Easy peasy

Ya smart. I always take store delivery as well. Their problem if something goes wrong. And I must prefer to just head to the store at my own convenience than having to wait all day for the delivery dude + it’s super easy to miss sometimes too then they just head off and leave you some note. Tracking says delivery attempted. Half the times they never even actually attempt anything. Just mark it as that

Ya problem with shipping items. I always prefer to pick up the devices in store. Removes all these issues. I despise the online system we have today and Courriers are damn annoying. Always missing deliveries. Marking delay because they simply didn't want to go up stairs if it's a large building. Just leaving tags for you to go to a pick up location. I just had a shipment and the nerve of them to hold it at the shipment center and not even deliver it
